Parking is FREE and available in the YELLOW, RED and BLUE lots at the Oregon Renaissance Faire. ADA parking is available in all lots on a first come, first served basis. The Yellow lot is closest to the main entrance.
Accessibility
The Faire is held at the Clackamas County Fair & Event Center on primarily grassy fields; ground condition is VERY dependent on the weather.
Guests with power chairs/scooters have had little difficulty navigating the site and those with walkers/canes should have minimal difficulty. However, those with manual chairs may need assistance with pushing in some areas. Our staff and security are constantly roaming the site and are there to help!
ADA Seating is available at all performance stages.
We do not offer wheelchair, scooter or wagon rentals onsite at this time.

Can I bring pets to the festival?
Clackamas County Fairgrounds allows service animals only. Please see the ADA guidelines for Service Animals for Reference.
What is the festival’s policy regarding inclement weather? Will performances be moved indoors in the event of rain?
The Oregon Renaissance Faire is a rain or shine event! All shows and performances go on as scheduled rain or shine. The only exception is for the safety of the performers or our guests.
Are there age restrictions or guidelines for bringing children?
Children are always welcome at the Oregon Renaissance Faire. Kids 5 & under are completely free, with discounted Youth passes available for children 6-12. Teens (13+) buying single-day or weekend tickets are simply considered Adults.
Anyone under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the Faire.
Is the festival accessible for individuals with disabilities?
The Faire is held at the Clackamas County Fair & Event Center on primarily grassy fields and dirt or gravel walkways; ground condition is VERY dependent on the weather.
Guests with power chairs/scooters have had little difficulty navigating the site and those with walkers/canes should have minimal difficulty. However, those with manual chairs may need assistance with pushing in some areas. Our staff and security are constantly roaming the site and are there to help!

Can I leave and re-enter the festival grounds during the day?
You may leave the festival grounds and return on the same day. Be sure to get a hand stamp from the gate staff on the way out in order to return.
What security measures are in place at the festival?
The Oregon Renaissance Faire has a professional Security and Medical Team on call at all times at the event venue. If you find yourself in need of Security or Medical assistance go to the Main Entrance Gate. Bags, strollers and wagons are subject to search prior to entry.
No modern weapons of any kind are allowed on site during WITP events. Period weapons (swords/daggers/flint locks/etc) are allowed as part of costumes and as props. Please do not draw your period weapon while inside of the event areas including parking areas. All period weapons should be peace tied or zip tied to the sheath.
Who produces the Oregon Renaissance Faire?
Oregon Renaissance Faire is a part of the Wandering In Time Productions universe of events, which also produces the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire (held for 5 weeks in late July/August in Snohomish, WA).
Is smoking allowed at the festival?
Smoking and vaping are allowed in designated areas only; step outside the Green Gate to smoke or vape.
Remember that summers are dry in the Pacific Northwest and lighted tobacco can cause fires.
Marijuana consumption is not legal in public places in Oregon state.
Is drinking water available at the festival to refill reusable water bottles?
There are several free, filtered water refill stations available throughout the Faire grounds. Remember to bring your own empty reusable water bottle!
Can I bring camera equipment to the Faire?
You are more than welcome to film the event as long as the project is not to be released for profit. School projects or personal vlogs are acceptable, but anything being published through a media outlet or with intent to profit would need further permission as well as model release forms from everyone included.
For personal projects - please be sure to remain respectful to performers, staff, vendors and guests while shooting. You may not access performance stages while performances are happening, and should not interrupt a show while filming. Always ask for consent before photographing or recording individuals at the Faire, especially guests under the age of 18.
Where is the Lost & Found?
Lose something? Find something? During Faire hours, please visit the Lost & Found station located at the Information Booth just inside the Main Entrance Gate. If you are no longer onsite, please use the Lost & Found form widget on the Contact Us page. Once your form is submitted, our team will contact you via the information provided on your form once an item is matched to your claim.
You may file a claim up to 6 days after the close of the Faire. All IDs left unclaimed after 7 days after the closing of the Faire will be mailed back to the address that appears on the ID. All credit/debit cards left unclaimed after 7 days will be destroyed. Cash that is found will be kept until Closing Day of the season and then donated to a charity of our choosing. All other items not claimed by the end of the 7-day period after closing of current Faire season will be donated, distributed, or disposed of at the producers discretion.

What types of Entertainment can I expect at the faire?
The Oregon Renaissance Faire offers a vibrant array of entertainment that immerses you in the spirit of the era. Expect thrilling jousting tournaments, lively musical performances spanning folk, traditional, and contemporary styles, and captivating theatrical shows.
Meet the King and noble court, along with other enchanting characters from the Vale of Dunrose, who will weave their stories and charm throughout the festival. Our talented street performers, jesters, and artisans provide engaging experiences for all ages, ensuring a magical celebration filled with laughter, creativity, and unforgettable memories.

What kind of kid’s activities are available at the Faire?
From Dragon Adventures to facepainting and archery, there is something for every age group at the Faire! Check our Attractions and Entertainment pages for details on everything the Faire has to offer.
Is there seating available? Can I bring my own chair(s) or a blanket to sit on?
Yes, you can bring your own chairs or blankets if you wish! At the stages, there are benches and bleacher seating, as well as bleacher seating around the Royal Arena. The Food Court features plenty of shaded, picnic-table style seating to enjoy your delectable treats!
If you choose to bring your own chair, please be considerate of other guests also trying to watch the shows and do not place a high-backed chair in front of a low row of seating.
Can I bring a weapon that is part of my costume?

Are costumes/garb required?
While costuming and garb is highly encouraged for a fully immersive experience, no such thing is required. Come as you are! Many patrons don their finest attire, from period garb to clan kilts, from vikings to pirates, from fairies to barbarians, or even deep-space mission away teams - everyone is welcome to express themselves as their unique character of choice!
Please remember that ORF is a family friendly event and all costumes must be appropriate for all ages.

How do I purchase a ticket to Oregon Renaissance Faire?
Tickets are available ONLINE ONLY via the AXS platform. Tickets are NOT available at the gate. To purchase tickets or to get more information about the specific ticket types and prices, visit our Ticket Info page.
Can I buy a ticket at the gate?
NO! All tickets must be purchased online in advance via AXS. There will be no ticket sales at the gate. Go to the Ticket Info page to purchase tickets today!
How to get ticketing support / contact AXS customer service?
Sign into your AXS app or your account on AXS.com. If you don't have an account yet, create one before reaching out to AXS customer service. You will need an account to manage your tickets.

What ticket types are available?
Single Day Admission tickets are available for Adults (13+), Seniors (60+), Military/Veterans and their Spouses, Youth (6-12) and Children 5 & under (FREE!).
There are NO Season Passes or Weekend Passes for the Oregon Renaissance Faire.
Saturday Knight Club (21+), Pub Crawls (21+), Whiskey Tastings (21+) and Monarch Storytime tickets DO NOT include Faire entry and must be purchased alongside an admission ticket to access the event.
Are there discounts for Seniors (60+) or Military Service Members/Veterans?
Yes! Both Senior and Military discounts are available for all ticket types. Please see our Ticket Info page for more details.
Military discount includes Active Duty/Retired, Veterans and Spouses.
Please be prepared to show valid ID at the gate for entry for both Senior and Military discounted tickets.

Is camping available onsite? What are the camping options?
There is no camping for Guests at the Oregon Renaissance Faire, but there are wonderful options throughout the Clackamas County area to accommodate your unique needs! Explore the Lodging section on our “Plan Your Visit” page for suggested options and links!
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Can I resell my ticket?
WARNING - Please do not respond to users offering to sell or buy tickets via social media - many of these are scams.
The only safe and secure way to resell tickets to Oregon Renaissance Faire is through the AXS resale platform, which can be accessed by signing into your account via axs.com or the AXS app.
Full price adult single-day admission, Saturday Knight Club, and all Add-on Events (Pub Crawl, Whiskey Tasting, Monarch Storytime) tickets are eligible for resale.
All discounted tickets (special sale, senior, military and youth) are NOT eligible for resale but may be transferred via the AXS app or your AXS.com profile.
Follow these instructions to use the AXS Resale Platform:
- On the Sales page, marked by the Sell icon, select Start Selling.
- Review the bank account modal, then select Confirm.
- Select an event, select the available tickets you want to sell, then select Continue.
- Enter a price per ticket.
- In Ticket Splitting, select how your tickets can be split up for selling.
- In Listing Expiration, use the default time or select a custom time.
- In Credit Card, select an existing credit card or add a new card.
- (Optional) Add seller notes, as necessary.
- Select Continue.
- Review the listing, accept the terms, then select List Tickets.
- Select Done.
Can I transfer my ticket to a trusted friend or family member? How do I transfer a ticket?
Yes, all ticket types can be easily transferred to a trusted friend or family member via the AXS app or by signing into your account on AXS.com Instructions for Transferring a Ticket:
- On the Your Events page, marked by the Tickets icon, select the event you want to transfer from the Upcoming tab.
- On the Tickets tab when viewing the ticket details, select Transfer.
- Select the seats or tickets you want to transfer, then select Continue.
- Enter the required information for the recipient, then select Continue.
- Review and confirm the details of the transfer, then select Continue.
- Select Done.
Are Add-on Experiences included in my ticket?
Pub Crawls, Whiskey Tastings, and Monarch Storytime are Add-on Experiences, meaning you must purchase a single day admission entry ticket to participate in all Add-on Experiences. Buying any Add-on Experience ticket does NOT give you entry to the Faire, which must be purchased separately.
Tickets for all Add-on Experiences will be available via AXS in the appropriate section, organized by date - to purchase, go to the Ticket Info page.
Add-on Experience tickets are date-specific and begin at a set time! Be sure to buy the correct ticket for the day/time you wish to participate.
Can I change the date of my ticket?
PLEASE NOTE: Any ticket that has been transferred or resold cannot be changed to a different date. The original purchaser is the only guest able to change the date on a ticket.
All Single Day Admission Tickets can be changed to a different date, but the guest is responsible for any difference in price from the date of purchase to the request date.
If a date is sold out, you cannot change a ticket to that date; tickets must be available on the date you wish to attend to initiate a date change request.
To request a date change, please submit the Date Exchange Request form. There is no way to self-service date changes on the AXS app or website.
I bought multiple tickets in one transaction for my group, and now all the tickets have one name on them. Do I need to change the ticket to match the person who is using it?
If you are arriving together, it is OK to leave all tickets on a single AXS account. However, if you wish to arrive separately, you must transfer the appropriate ticket to that member of your group. To do so, simply follow the instructions below on AXS.com or the AXS app:

- On the Your Events page, marked by the Tickets icon, select the event you want to transfer from the Upcoming tab.
- On the Tickets tab when viewing the ticket details, select Transfer.
- Select the seats or tickets you want to transfer, then select Continue.

- Review and confirm the details of the transfer, then select Continue.

Are vendors indoors or outdoors?
All merchant vendors and food vendors are outdoors at Oregon Renaissance Faire.
Is there an ATM available onsite? Where is it located?
Yes, there will be ATMs available onsite, located at the front gate and in the Food Court.
Do vendors accept credit cards?
Cash is the recommended method for all transactions onsite whenever possible. Many vendors will accept credit cards or other forms of digital payment like Venmo, but it varies widely from vendor to vendor and the availability of WiFi connection to process digital transactions.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring their own food/snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in factory-sealed containers. Outside alcohol is not allowed inside the festival gates.
Are there food vendors onsite?
Yes! We have a wide variety of traditional and modern food options for your enjoyment, with food available late into the night to fuel all of your dancing needs!
Are there options for vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free folks?
Yes! Please check with individual vendors regarding dietary restrictions, allergens, and substitution options.
What alcohol is available onsite? What is an “Ale House”?
A variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, mead, wine and spirits will be available for sale throughout the Faire.
Ale Houses are the lively and convivial gathering places at the heart of the Oregon Renaissance Faire. The Ale Houses are designed to capture the essence of Renaissance culture, offering festival-goers a welcoming spot to relax, socialize, and enjoy a variety of drinks.
Are day and night merchants the same?
No - there is only a select collection of merchants open during the Saturday Knight Club events.
Will there be different merchants for different themed weekends?
Our merchant village stays largely the same throughout the season. While a few limited‑engagement vendors rotate in and some merchants offer special themed wares, the directory itself remains mostly consistent from weekend to weekend.

There are tasty treats around every corner! Beyond the bustling food court, the Faire is brimming with delightful snacks and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
