Viking Weekend

June 13-14, 2026

The ancient history of the Vale of Dunrose is written into the stones and gnarled tree roots of the village. Long before King James and his noble party opened the gates for the first time, long before the place even had its name, the land was tended and shaped by the hands of the people who lived there before. Their stories linger on, whispered on the wind and held in the stars, in rune carvings, great stone monuments, and artifacts cradled beneath the earth. When the ghostly drums beckon, their memories rise again. Together, they raise their weapons and their drinking vessels in celebration of fallen warriors, the bounty of summer, and the beauty of the Vale.

The song of the thundering storm beckons all to the Vale of Dunrose for wild festivities steeped in the richness of ancient Norse and Celtic culture. Don your leathers and furs, take up your drinking horn, and gather your hoard for Viking Weekend at the Oregon Renaissance Faire! Skål!
