***The 2020 Season is postponed until June 5-6 & 12-13, 2021***
Information for our Guests
I bought tickets to a postponed/cancelled event. What options do I have?
- You can get a Gift Card for the total of your purchase to be used for future WRAES events through Eventbrite. You will receive an extra gift with this option.
- You can keep your tickets and use them for the event in 2021. No notification or change needed for this option.
- You can get a full refund of your purchase.
Please contact info@WRAES.org with your choice. Please include your email address, full name and ticket number to help expedite this process. We will process these requests as soon as possible.
I got a FREE ticket to a cancelled/postponed event. Will it still be honored next year?

Please check our websites for information about our beloved merchants and performers. We hope that you will support them online the same way as you would have while attending the Faire.

I paid my merchant fees for a postponed event. What options do I have?
We will offer our 2020 Merchants the ability to transfer their paid fees to a future WRAES event. They will also have the option of a full refund of all fees paid if they choose.
I’m a volunteer for a WRAES event. Do you still need volunteers?
YES! We still need volunteers for our 2021 events. We appreciate you so much and look forward to working with you! Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
